How to Apply:

1. Start with a Gel Polish Colour and cure for 45 second
2.Apply the Pearlescent cream powder (this pigment powder do not need to be cured)

3. Apply base coat cure 
4.Seal with Wowbao nails Topcoat and cure for 45 seconds
