How to Apply:

Start with a Base Colour, we recommend Black for maximum vibrancy
Apply WowBao Chrome Base Coat and cure for 30 seconds
Apply the Chrome Pigment by using sponge provided
Use a nail file to gently file front and side edges of the nail
Use a clean dust brush to get rid of excess pigment
Seal with 2 layers of Wowbao Topcoat
